Furniture Moving
Furniture may need to be moved before flooring removal or installation can begin. Our team can relocate eligible furniture within the work area as needed to provide access to the flooring surface.
Proper preparation helps keep the installation process organized and allows our installers to work efficiently throughout the project.
Ideal for: Bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, offices, and other furnished spaces receiving new flooring.
Appliance Moving / Remove & Replace
Certain appliances may need to be temporarily moved or removed to provide access to the flooring underneath or around them. Depending on the appliance and project requirements, our team can carefully move eligible units and return them after the flooring work is completed.
This helps create a more complete installation while maintaining proper access to the work area.
Ideal for: Kitchens, laundry rooms, utility areas, and flooring projects involving movable appliances.
Toilet Remove & Replace
When new flooring extends beneath or around a toilet, temporary removal may be required to properly access and complete the flooring installation.
Our team can remove and reinstall eligible toilets as part of the flooring project, using appropriate replacement components when required.
Ideal for: Bathrooms, powder rooms, LVP/LVT installations, tile projects, and other bathroom flooring replacements.
Door Trimming / Undercutting
New flooring can change the finished floor height and may interfere with doors, door jambs, or casings. Trimming or undercutting can provide the necessary clearance while helping the flooring fit cleanly around these areas.
Our team makes appropriate adjustments when required by the flooring installation and existing conditions.

Existing Baseboard Removal
Existing baseboards may need to be removed before new flooring is installed, particularly when the flooring needs appropriate perimeter clearance or the project includes new trim.
